Food Waste

To help reduce food waste, our buffets have been limited wherever possible, including at breakfast, with a suitable à la carte alternative available.

Food scraps are converted into biogas, and green waste from floral arrangements is composted.

Reduce, Reuse and Recycle Program

We place great importance on minimizing waste, particularly plastic, which is being phased out wherever possible. We actively recycle paper, glass, PET, plastic containers, aluminum, metal, light bulbs, electrical materials, and batteries.

To make your return journey more comfortable and avoid plastic, we are pleased to offer you mineral water in Tetra Pak bottles upon departure.
