At Bellevue Palace, we place great importance on sourcing products from the local area. This not only reduces our environmental impact but also supports regional producers. Many of our ingredients come from within a 5 to 50-kilometer radius around the hotel. By sourcing locally, we minimize transport distances and emissions while maintaining a close connection to the culinary heritage of our region.

A variety of meat-free alternatives are available. Our vegetarian and vegan offerings are continuously expanded to ensure enjoyment for every dietary preference.

Sustainable Beverages

Upon request, we serve Swiss mineral water or Berner water. Tea is sourced from organic cultivation, and coffee comes from certified supply chains – for conscious enjoyment with peace of mind.

We sensitize our suppliers and partners to sustainability.

We take into account the origin of the products, their packaging and delivery routes. Whenever possible, we buy regionally and nationally.
