Urban brasserie offering crossover dishes and relaxed all-day dining. An excursion to France with stopovers around the globe. Each dish bears the signature of Gregor Zimmermann, whose outstanding culinary skills gave rise to the term “neo-artisanal”, and which he now recreates in the Brasserie kitchen. Culinary classics such as the “Calypso” shrimp cocktail, the Angus burger, which is renowned throughout the town, or the unforgettable Crêpes Suzette are a must. The menu is rounded off by a selection of vegetarian and vegan menus as the very popular business lunch.
It's not just the menu itself that amazes – the BELLEVUE TERRACE, with its open-plan restaurant and bar area, also causes something of a stir. The place to be, where it doesn't matter whether you come to enjoy the magic of the eponymous “Belle Vue” while enjoying a relaxing after-work drink or to dine on the catch of the day in good company. Anything is possible! The set-up of the terrace is as casual as its atmosphere.
