Gurtenfestival

It is a four day festival which is held every year in July. The acts are mainly bands from the rock and pop scene, however blues and hip hop artists are regularly as well part of the lineup. Often it is sold out already well in advance. Even before all headliners have been announced tickets usually get scarce already. This is mainly due to the good and laid back atmosphere, but as well due to the attractive and picturesque setting. Amazing views over the city of Bern are guaranteed.

From the BELLEVUE PALACE you have a direct connection with the public transport to the Gurtenbahn, which takes you up to the open air.
